By accessing or using the Meym link management platform ("Service") operated by Meym Technologies, Inc. ("Meym," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Meym provides a link management platform that enables users to create branded short links, QR codes, link-in-bio pages, and access detailed analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers offering different features and usage limits.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create links to illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing attacks
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Meym Technologies, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEYM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
